Not a bad facility at all just wish it was taken care of and maintained like the other Huntersville location certain things haven't been fixed here in the 2 years I've been coming but maintenance fees are being charged and I haven't seen any changes no new equipment things are missing or locked up in a room we can't use anymore cause someone and there partner got caught but we're still punished for others actions. and I see Huntersville is taken care of more

I signed up for a one year membership and only used it a few times. When I tried canceling during the year, I was told I had to keep paying for the full term. After the year ended, it auto renewed for another year without clear notice. The sign-up process focused on getting me in, but canceling was difficult. If you join, be sure to fully understand the renewal terms. I hope they improve transparency for future members.

Horrible place that bills you but tells you you don’t have a membership. I’ll be going there to talk to every single member I see to make recommendations for other gyms that aren’t crooks if they attempt unauthorized debits my account again. I’m sure knowing how the staff I’ve spoken to is it’ll explode into something extreme. Good luck.

I’ve been working out here for about 5 months now and I’ve loved it. 24 hour access to a gym is a lifesaver and the cleanliness is always great. Huge array of machines available and super friendly staff. I don’t see myself going anywhere else for a while!
